Think of yourself as part storyteller, part strategist, and part technical translator—bringing clarity to complexity in a high-impact, highly regulated environment.</p>\n<p><br><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p>\n<p>You’ll design and deliver dynamic, performance-based training programs that support everything from technical operations to safety and compliance, using adult learning principles and interactive techniques to make content stick. You’ll partner with subject matter experts to analyze training needs, identify performance gaps, and build solutions that improve real-world outcomes. Alongside training, you’ll develop, revise, and maintain critical procedures—ensuring they meet stringent NRC standards while remaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly. You’ll also support records and commitment management, contribute to procedure reviews across the organization, and serve as a trusted collaborator who bridges the gap between technical expertise and effective communication.<br><br><strong>We’d love to hear from People With:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a “Q” level security clearance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Associate degree in engineering, physical sciences, education or an equivalent combination of education and experience&nbsp;</li>\n <li>2+ years demonstrated competency in technical or instructional analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation or 2+ years competency in procedure development&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, etc) or equivalent</li>\n <li>The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.<br>\n  &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>A Successful Candidate Brings:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years demonstrated competency in technical and/or instructional documentation and design&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Technical training experience in an NRC/DOE regulated industry&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Procedure writing experience in an NRC/DOE regulated industry</li>\n <li>An active “Q” clearance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.</i></p>\n<p><i>This position will require a pre­-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.</i></p>\n<p><i>Centrus Energy and all subsidiaries shall abide by the applicable legal requirements.
