          "text": "<p>We are actively hiring experienced <strong><em>Automotive Technicians</em></strong> at multiple skill levels, including Flat Rate Technicians, up to Master Technicians! This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing dealership service team with a strong workflow, modern equipment, and ongoing manufacturer training.</p><p>Technicians in this role will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and efficiency. EV Technicians will focus on advanced electric vehicle systems, including battery diagnostics, high-voltage components, and emerging automotive technologies.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately</li><li>Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues</li><li>Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards</li><li>Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors</li><li>Maintain productivity levels in a flat-rate pay structure</li><li>Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systems</li><li>Follow all safety protocols, especially when working with high-voltage EV components</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li></ul>",
