          "text": "<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>CEDA is currently seeking a Class 1- 45 Ton Picker Operator for our Bonnyville, AB location.&#xa0; Candidates must live local to the Bonnyville area.</p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Hours will vary based on location and scope of job, l<strong>ots of&#xa0;opportunity for over time</strong></li><li>Local work in Bonnyville region with camp deployment as required</li><li><strong>Variety:</strong>&#xa0;changing work scopes from one day to the next – there is always a new challenge</li><li>Be a part of a true&#xa0;<strong>team</strong>. Our work is difficult but we get it done safely and with great people</li></ul><p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and maintain picker trucks and/or boom trucks</li><li>Haul, load, and off-load equipment</li><li>Understand and obey all provincial and federal highway rules and regulations</li><li>Ensure equipment meets operation and safety requirements</li><li>Practice proper legal load securement</li><li>Take part in all safety meetings</li><li>Operate company vehicles and equipment in a professional, safe and courteous manner</li><li>Complete required paperwork for unit pre-trip, inspections, job reports, log book and safety documents</li><li>Strictly observe and enforce all company and client safety requirements</li><li>Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Valid class 1 licence – (with clean 5 year driver's abstract)</li><li>Picker Truck / Journeyman Boom operator Certification required</li><li>Driving is in your nature, you will pass CEDA’s driver assessment with flying colours</li><li><strong>Minimum 3&#xa0;years of experience&#xa0;operating a 45 ton picker truck</strong></li><li>Must have a valid H2S Alive certificate and CSO</li><li>Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, at a CEDA booked appointment</li><li>Able to travel throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan (flexibility in schedule is required)</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
