font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the implementation of the outreach strategy for the Central America, working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across departments including the Director of Partnerships and Programs, the Central American Partnerships Manager, Response, Capabilities and Maritime teams;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Research and monitor humanitarian, rapid response, and community resilience trends ensuring that the GSD’s partnership proposition remains compelling and relevant to GSD’s mission and the region;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and maintain active readiness per GSD’s requirements of Disaster Response Team (DRT) members which requires deployment to sudden onset natural disasters throughout GSD Area of Operations;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate management of existing partnership relationships, including day-to-day planning and engagement; meeting minutes and other administrative tasks; including regular updating of the relationship management plan;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support with stakeholder mapping and other initiatives to identify and develop new partnerships through stakeholder mapping;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct research and provide briefing materials to help engage and vet potential partner organizations, as well to develop country profiles;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support the coordination of GSD’s partner engagement activities to promote the services of the organization, including philanthropic actions;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide administrative assistance to all partnership and program activities by scheduling meetings and capturing meeting notes, logistics support, pre trip briefings and debriefings, attendance and registration, and other related administrative tasks;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Help facilitate internal GSD and external partner-focused communication, including updates on relationship development, engagement opportunities and outcomes, and annual impacts;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain updated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records for partner portfolios;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support drafting of success stories for internal and external audiences and lessons learned;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prompt and action GSD’s core values of accountability, humility, and integrity in all work we conduct;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Three (3) or more years of progressive work experience in </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">partner/stakeholder management </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">preferably in the Central American context; involving partnership identification, outreach, and cultivation; </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Administrative and coordination experience, ideally with an NGO;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience implementing or supporting donor-funded projects to advance rapid response and resilience;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Management of events and partner-facing initiatives;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience living and and working in the Central American region;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Project or program management experience is desired;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google suite;
