The Tax Exempt Market (TEM) supports mission‑driven institutions—including major healthcare systems, colleges, and universities—by delivering retirement plan services that improve financial well‑being.</p><p><b>Strategic Partnership:</b> In this role, you will work closely with TEM Product Leadership, Engineering, Distribution, Operations, and global partners to design, deliver, and support critical product capabilities across the TEM ecosystem.</p><h3></h3><p><b><span class=\"emphasis-2\">The Role</span></b></p><p>As a Consultant, Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving complex product initiatives forward within the TEM Product Area. This role operates as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy, responsible for leading end‑to‑end business analysis across multi‑team epics and sub‑initiatives.</p><p>You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and partner closely across Product, Distribution, Technology, and Operations.
