    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Engineering Technician</strong><br>\n  Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide technical and design support</li>\n <li>Assemble and construct system assemblies.</li>\n <li>Conduct tests and debug electronic or electrical systems.</li>\n <li>Provide and/or expedite project documentation.</li>\n <li>Assist with organization, checking documentation for new equipment.</li>\n <li>Assist in production and/or manuals for new equipment.</li>\n <li>Requisition of parts and/or materials for projects.</li>\n <li>Prepare drawings and/or sketches, BOM (Bill of Material) list.</li>\n <li>Review and correct documentation for projects.</li>\n <li>Maintains and upgrades testing equipment.</li>\n <li>Repairs and troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and/or mechanical equipment.</li>\n <li>Technical support for mill and field equipment.</li>\n <li>Programing/debugging of the PLC and HMI systems (Allen Bradley and Siemens).</li>\n <li>Programing/debugging of AC/DC drives.</li>\n <li>Perform specific work-related tasks as assigned.</li>\n <li>Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Job Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>2-year technical degree and/or experience in the related field.</li>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>High level of technical ability.</li>\n <li>Ability to solve complex problems and to relate to technical knowledge to specific applications.</li>\n <li>Experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley and Siemens).</li>\n <li>Domestic and some international travel.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand in uncomfortable positions for some periods of time.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in varied weather conditions</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable getting dirty, and/or working in contaminated areas.</li>\n <li>Must be comfortable working at heights/manlifts.</li>\n <li>Valid driver license</li>\n <li>Willing to travel as needed (less than 20%)</li>\n</ul>",
