    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\">The Import/Export Specialist is responsible for coordinating international shipments and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations for wireless and IoT device configuration operations. This role manages import/export documentation, customs compliance, device shipping logistics, and coordination with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal operational teams.</p><p>The specialist supports the movement of configured wireless devices, SIM-enabled equipment, accessories, and related materials across global markets while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable trade and regulatory requirements.</p><p>CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><p>Import/Export Operations</p><p>&bull; Coordinate domestic and international shipments of wireless and IoT devices, components, SIM cards, and</p><p>accessories</p><p>&bull; Prepare and review shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates</p><p>of origin, and customs declarations</p><p>&bull; Ensure import/export compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company</p><p>policies</p><p>&bull; Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely shipment</p><p>delivery and customs clearance</p><p>&bull; Monitor shipment status, proactively resolve delays, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders and</p><p>customers</p><p>&bull; Manage Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications and maintain accurate import/export records</p><p>&bull; Support temporary imports, returns, repairs, and international device replacement logistics as needed</p><p>&bull; Ensure proper labeling, serialization, and export documentation for configured wireless devices</p><p>Wireless Device Configuration Support</p><p>&bull; Collaborate with Operations and Device Configuration teams to align shipping schedules with production and</p><p>customer delivery timelines</p><p>&bull; Verify shipment accuracy for configured devices, customer-specific configurations, and serialized inventory</p><p>&bull; Support global deployment projects and customer onboarding activities</p><p>&bull; Coordinate international movement of test devices, demo equipment, and engineering samples</p><p>Compliance &amp; Quality Responsibilities</p><p>&bull; Maintain compliance with trade regulations, export controls, sanctions programs, and customs requirements</p><p>&bull; Assist with audits related to import/export compliance, shipping records, and operational processes</p><p>&bull; Maintain accurate documentation and records retention in accordance with company and regulatory requirements</p><p>&bull; Support continuous improvement initiatives related to shipping accuracy, cost reduction, and operational efficiency</p><p>&bull; Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for shipment discrepancies or compliance issues</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>&bull;Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred</p><p>&bull;2&ndash;5 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, supply chain, or international shipping</p><p>&bull;Experience supporting electronics, wireless devices, IoT hardware, or technical products preferred</p><p>&bull;Knowledge of international shipping documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and HTS classifications</p><p>&bull;Familiarity with export compliance regulations and trade documentation requirements</p><p>&bull;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p><p>&bull;Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment</p><p>&bull;Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel</p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><p>&bull;Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and global carriers</p><p>&bull;Knowledge of wireless devices, SIM provisioning, or electronics manufacturing environments</p><p>&bull;Experience with ERP, WMS, or logistics management systems</p><p>&bull;Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or related trade certification preferred</p><p>&bull;Familiarity with ISO quality systems or regulated operational environments</p><p>Key Skills</p><p>&bull;International logistics coordination</p><p>&bull;Regulatory compliance</p><p>&bull;Attention to detail</p><p>&bull;Problem-solving</p><p>&bull;Communication and collaboration</p><p>&bull;Process improvement</p><p>&bull;Time management</p><p>&bull;Customer focus</p><p>OTHER DUTIES</p><p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
