Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, courteous service to employees, providers, vendors, patients, and visitors, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued. Maintain a professional appearance in line with clinic dress guidelines, reflecting the professionalism of our organization. Ensure a clean, safe work environment by adhering to all departmental policies and procedures. Repair and maintain building systems, equipment, and components under the direction of the Facilities Manager and/or Director. Respond promptly and professionally to work requests, delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed clinic standards. Participate in on-call rotations to address after-hours emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted clinic operations. Ensure reliable personal transportation for job duties and the ability to operate moving vans and trucks when needed. Conduct routine preventative maintenance and manage inventory to keep operations running efficiently. Submit maintenance records and reports accurately and on time. Take on other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall mission of Legacy Community Health. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
