Support our Product Department with your experience as a Product Manager in a full-time position (40 hours per week), and own the success of our key premium product (the OPENVAS Security Intelligence platform). The reporting line is to the Department Lead Product Management & Architecture. As a Product Manager, you define the what and why of product development, grounded in real customer problems and clear business outcomes. You work with a dedicated team of ~15 engineers, enabling them to build the right solutions by providing clarity, focus, and direction. This role follows a market-driven, pragmatic approach: understanding customer needs, prioritizing the highest-value opportunities, and aligning the organization around delivering products people actually want. Your mission Define and drive the OSI platform vision, strategy, and positioning Identify, validate, and prioritize customer and market problems Own and evolve the product roadmap with a clear focus on outcomes Ensure business value-based prioritization of the product backlog Take end-to-end responsibility for product success and business impact Implementation of the AI strategy within the platform Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Management, Architecture, Marketing and Sales Align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure market success What you offer Several years of experience in Product Management in   Cyber Security, ideally with Vulnerability Management Sound understanding of market and technology trends in Cyber Security Proven ability to make market-driven product decisions Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution Open-minded approach to agentic engineering and concept development  Experience working with cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills in German and English (both mandatory in word and written!) and the ability to create clarity and alignment Experience working with large public sector customers (e.g. federal agencies) is a strong advantage Why us Shape the future – Play an active role in building a fast-growing cyber security company.
