This role emphasizes proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and strong partnership with hiring managers to ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes in dynamic and fast-paced environments.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract talent across production, service, and corporate positions&nbsp;</li><li>Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing and high-volume hiring needs&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, role requirements, and workforce planning needs&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, follow-up, and professional engagement&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting activity within the HRIS platform, ADP workforcenow</li><li>Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug screen and MVR reporting and onboarding steps</li><li>Track and meet key recruiting metrics to support hiring effectiveness</li><li>Similar duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>EDUCATION/ SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, or high-volume environments&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in small or lean organizations preferred&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2 - 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment</li><li>Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, Field Service or high-volume roles</li><li>Experience working in small or lean organizations preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with hiring platform, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.</li></ul><p><strong><br>&nbsp;SKILLS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Full cycle recruitment</li><li>Boolean sourcing</li><li>Hiring platform, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.</li><li>Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms</li><li>Basic understanding and leveraging of AI tools</li><li>Exposure with Microsoft Ecosystem, MS Suite, Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Power BI, CoPilot etc.</li><li>Ability to navigate ambiguity</li></ul></div>\n",
