If you are committed to building excellent client relationships, providing consistent superior-quality work, and taking initiative to understand your clients’ needs, we would like to meet you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LTC offers a dynamic team setting and generous benefits (including 401K, PTO, and Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION: </span>Logistics Analyst – L-DART II &amp; DMSMS</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LOCATION:</span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> Albany, GA </span>(On-Site Work)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">STATUS:</span> Full time – Contingent Hire     </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 5+years of related experience with supporting logistics data analysis and reporting using L‑DART II and related logistics information systems to monitor readiness, spares demand, maintenance trends, and sustainment performance metrics</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Haves:</span> Extensive experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) monitoring and mitigation activities, identifying obsolescence risks and coordinating resolution strategies to protect system availability.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Citizenship and Clearance:</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">US Citizen with ability to obtain Active Secret Clearance</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel:</span> Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Relevant DoD acquisition, logistics and inventory experience; Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong documentation and technical reporting skills, Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Familiarity:</span> USMC</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools Familiarity:</span> L‑DART II, DMSMS, DoD 5000 Manual, DoD/IC Acquisition Process, DAU acquisition, logistics and sustainment courses</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PRIMARY DUTIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting logistics data analysis and reporting using L‑DART II and related logistics information systems to monitor readiness, spares demand, maintenance trends, and sustainment performance metrics</li>\n<li>Leads Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) monitoring and mitigation activities, identifying obsolescence risks and coordinating resolution strategies to protect system availability</li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and deliver required documentation, reports, and analyses</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Government IPTs and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Perform duties in direct support of Marine Corps</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>LTC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
