Job Summary: The District Sales Manager (DSM) delivers sales revenue and drives market penetration within an assigned territory by executing business and territory plans and developing a strong dealer network. As the face of the brand, the DSM champions the company’s value proposition and customer experience, influencing dealers to deliver these standards to farmers. This role requires strong relationship-building, agronomic knowledge, and the ability to coach dealers for success. This position covers the Northeast Nebraska territory, including Cedar, Knox, Dakota, Thurston, Wayne, and Dixon Counties.
