This role will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated program schedules to support mission-critical engineering, scientific, and operational objectives.</p><p>As a key member of the project controls team, you will collaborate with program managers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity, identify potential delays, and provide data-driven insights to support risk mitigation and successful project delivery.<br> </p><h3><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></h3><ul><li><p>Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools.</p></li><li><p>Integrate schedule data from various workstreams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.</p></li><li><p>Perform schedule health checks and critical path analysis.</p></li><li><p>Support schedule risk assessments and resource-loading analysis</p></li><li><p>Track milestones and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with project controls, cost analysts, and program managers to ensure alignment.</p></li><li><p>Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations for technical and executive stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to Earned Value Management (EVM) and program reporting deliverables as needed.<br> </p></li></ul><h3><u>Required Qualifications:</u></h3><ul><li><p>Experience working in highly technical or government-regulated environments (e.g., national labs, DoD, DOE)</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of integrated master scheduling (IMS), critical path methodology, and schedule risk analysis</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interface across multidisciplinary teams</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ANSI/EIA-748 EVM standards and DOE project management requirements (a plus)</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field</p></li><li><p><strong>Active Q or Top Secret clearance is required.</strong><br> </p></li></ul><p>This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performance team working in one of the most secure and technically advanced environments in the country.
