Monitors and assists quality and performance improvement efforts to prevent and effectively respond to risk events.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and audit program components to ensure compliance with contracts, licensing and accreditation standards. </li>\n <li>Complete quality analysis reports and identify recommendation for improvement. </li>\n <li>Assist in the development and oversight of program improvement initiatives and corrective action plans. </li>\n <li>Assist in the development of new programming and program expansion projects as needed. </li>\n <li>Participate in program and quality related training as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Responsible for compiling and distributing material prior to meetings, as well as recording the minutes. </li>\n <li>Responsible for department records management.</li>\n <li>Assist with coordinating and training activities for facility staff to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, as needed. </li>\n <li>Maintain and update electronic and physical database.</li>\n <li>Assist in project implementation and system-wide education and compliance initiatives including compliance with State Licensing and CMS regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Track projects as assigned throughout the facility, which may include but is not limited to quality council, departmental monitors, board monitors and graphs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree within a clinical field such as nursing or counseling required. Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field preferred.</li>\n <li>Three or more years’ experience working in a human services organization with implementation of performance improvement and/or evaluation activities.</li>\n <li>One or more years’ experience performing work supporting Joint Commission/CARF accreditation preferred.</li>\n <li>LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:</li>\n <li>CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).</li>\n <li>First aid may be required based on state or facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HOAK01</p>\n<p>#LI-HOH</p>\n<p> </p>",
