Delivers a quality experience to children, members, and guests focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. </p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Essential Functions: </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Supervise children in all Childwatch/YKIDS usage areas. Maintain line of sight and sound at all times. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Helps plan, leads, and participates in all activities by providing direction and motivation for all children in the program </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Remains flexible as needs change. </p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<p dir=\"ltr\">Maintains an open line of communication with supervisors, parents, and children.
