          "text": "<p>Clean carpets and floors in rooms and public areas of the resort.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:</strong></p><ul><li>Cleaning carpets and floors in rooms and public areas of the resort</li><li>Clean carpets, upholstery, floors and room accessories to remove effects of smoke and water damage such as dirt, soot, stains, mildew and excess water moisture</li><li>Must wax and strip floors as needed</li><li>Drives vehicles or golf carts with floor mounted or portable commercial carpet, upholstery and interior cleaning machines, tools and supplies to work site</li><li>Ensures that proper safety signs are set up prior to performing floor cleaning activities&#xa0;</li><li>Places fans and dehumidifiers in strategic room location to remove moisture from carpets, upholstery and air.&#xa0;</li><li>Verifies moisture presence and removal with moisture sensor&#xa0;</li><li>Spray or fogs carpets, upholstery and accessories with fabric conditioners and protectors, deodorizers and disinfectants</li><li>Inspect completed restoration to ensure conformance to standards&#xa0;</li><li>Assists in training of fellow employees in the department</li><li>Other duties may be assigned</li></ul>",
