Previous salon/spa experience preferred; not required.</li>\n <li>Promote a professional and brand-appropriate image. Set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party!</li>\n <li>Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive manner.</li>\n <li>Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system; ensure client information is recorded with accuracy and timeliness.</li>\n <li>Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication to team.</li>\n <li>Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylists tips/commissions. Balance cash drawer at opening, close and shift changes.</li>\n <li>Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate strong communication skills, is a self-starter and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task with ease.</li>\n <li>Assist with the cleanliness of the shop; be proactive in ensuring the utmost care.
