This role demands a proactive, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead through influence, innovation, and collaboration.</p><h2>Core Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Provide strategic oversight and coaching to Directors of Operations and field teams to ensure consistent planning, execution, and project close-out in alignment with labor budgets, schedules, and safety benchmarks.</li><li>Champion operational strategies that support aggressive regional expansion, ensuring scalability and consistency across all locations.</li><li>Drive high-performance execution across safety, scheduling, quality, and workforce development, aligning with company growth targets.</li><li>Mentor Directors of Operations and field leaders to elevate planning, execution, and project close-out practices in line with evolving business needs.</li><li>Strategically allocate labor, equipment, and materials across sites to maximize efficiency and meet aggressive project timelines.</li><li>Act as the primary escalation point for field challenges, delays, and technical issues, resolving them swiftly to maintain momentum.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Identify and develop emerging leaders to support future growth.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring alignment, transparency, and satisfaction.</li><li>Implement and refine operational standards, leveraging technology and best practices to drive consistency and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with executive leadership to translate company goals into actionable regional strategies and performance metrics.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roofing or construction, with proven success in multi-site or regional leadership roles.</li><li>Expertise in commercial roofing systems (single-ply, asphalt, hot/cold applied, metal); federal/government project experience is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; PMP certification is advantageous.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Procore or similar project management platforms.</li><li>High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growth setting.</li></ul><h2>Additional Requirements</h2><ul><li>Willingness to travel regionally up to 80%.</li><li>Ability to work in both office and field environments; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.</li></ul>\n",
