Ensure Quality Assurance throughout the production process, from raw materials to the finished product. Maintain product quality at the highest standards, adhering to best practices. Conduct sensory evaluations and achieve a 100% score for individual results. Manage and maintain the organization's assets, ensuring their safety and upkeep. Lead and manage projects to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional results. Proactively plan and execute maintenance schedules in the QC lab using SAP MM and M&W modules. Ensure water quality is maintained under the water conservation and recovery system. Conduct internal quality system assessments as per PepsiCo guidelines. Work collaboratively with the Quality Head and Plant Manager to implement sustainable practices. Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external interfaces.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology or Chemistry is required. 3-5 years of relevant experience in the food/beverages industry, with a focus on quality. Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, complex, and inter-dependent organizational structure. Functional expertise in quality assurance and a strong understanding of concepts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of SAP MM and M&W modules is preferred. Familiarity with PepsiCo's quality guidelines and standards is an asset. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
