YOUR MANDATE
As a senior media planner, you will be responsible for developing integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives and the agency’s standards of creativity. You will be an inspiring and challenging creativity agent, as well as a trusted advisor to your clients.
EVERY DAY YOU WILL
Develop original multimedia campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, media partners, and creative agencies, while ensuring synergy with the brand strategies developed by the communication agency;
Create integrated media recommendations aligned with performance indicators and client challenges;
Build strong relationships with clients and partner agencies;
Ensure proper follow-ups for the smooth execution of campaigns, monitoring deadlines, costs, and campaign performance;
Analyze and challenge media partner proposals, relying in particular on various research data.
Prepare and communicate briefs internally and to media partners;
Validate the quality of services in the daily delivery of media outputs;
Ensure you know and understand your clients’ business realities and their industry.
Stay on top of innovations and developments in the media sector;
Coach your more junior colleagues and support them in coordinating campaigns and prioritizing their tasks.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE
4 to 5 years of experience in media planning;
A holistic understanding of media;
Ability to work as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Adaptability to change and ability to manage the unexpected;
Leadership, initiative, and autonomy;
Coaching skills;
Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail;
Critical and analytical thinking;
Creativity and curiosity for new trends.
Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
