This role is ideal for driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced service environment, enjoy working with customers, and can confidently recommend maintenance and repair services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by results, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a respected automotive group.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner</li>\n <li>Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs</li>\n <li>Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements</li>\n <li>Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate and get proper authorization from customers</li>\n <li>Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services</li>\n <li>Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines</li>\n <li>Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before the customer is scheduled to arrive and conduct post-repair follow up</li>\n <li>Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicles services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer</li>\n <li>Meet requirements of the state and federal law for automobile repair and consumer protection</li>\n <li>Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred</li>\n <li>CDK experience is a plus</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record</li>\n <li>Great attitude with high-energy personality</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and work ethic</li>\n <li>Ability to work well in a process driven environment</li>\n <li>Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions.
