    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) plays a pivotal role in implementing advanced behavior intervention strategies while supporting and mentoring junior RBTs. This role involves executing client treatment plans with high fidelity, directly supporting BCBA initiatives, and taking a leadership role in data accuracy, quality assurance, and peer training. The Sr. RBT works collaboratively with BCBAs/BCaBAs to ensure client progress, implement individualized interventions, and foster team development. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth are key requirements. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide guidance, modeling, and support to junior RBTs and other team members. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist in onboarding new technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs/BCaBAs with high accuracy, supporting clients in achieving both behavioral and skill-based goals. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Collect and monitor data on client behavior and skill development, ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Provide feedback and suggestions to BCBAs for potential modifications to treatment plans. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in various settings (home, school, clinic, or community) and maintain high standards of care. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Implement advanced behavior reduction techniques  </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain open lines of communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Stay updated on the latest practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through ongoing training and professional development. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Complete detailed and accurate session notes, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
