    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><h1 id=\"isPasted\">JOB SUMMARY</h1><p>This position is responsible for providing quality services to consumers living with HIV, ensuring that quality care outcomes are achieved, preparing documentation, and performing related duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Conducts intakes and assessments on new and existing persons served according to program requirements, i.e., meet quota according to guidelines.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor individual service plans to ensure persons served are receiving quality services according to the service plan.</li><li>Meet in secure, comfortable meeting places outside the office.</li><li>Completes reports and documentation as VOASELA and regulatory agencies/funding sources require.</li><li>Ensures that quality outcomes are achieved.</li><li>Serves as an advocate for consumers receiving services.</li><li>Prepares accurate and timely documentation for billing of services.</li><li>Keeps supervisory staff apprised of service gaps and assists in efforts to provide needed services.</li><li>Participates in program-related training, as required.</li><li>Performs related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Non-essential)</strong></p><ul><li>Adhere to the designated dress code as stipulated for the specific role.</li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISORY DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>None</li></ul><p><strong>KEY CONTACTS</strong></p><ul><li>None</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><p>This position requires knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree level in a human service-related field and one year case management experience working with&nbsp;individuals&nbsp;living in a community setting is required</li><li>HIV knowledge or experience is a plus\\</li><li>Must have a&nbsp;demonstrated&nbsp;willingness&nbsp;to&nbsp;be responsive to the needs of&nbsp;the&nbsp;target population</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;function as part of a team</li><li>Can handle a flexible work environment; have strong decision-making skills.</li></ul><p>Travel to other locations as appropriate in the performance of duties and responsibilities. &nbsp;</p><p>Must have:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Current driver&rsquo;s license issued by state of residence</li><li>Current Vehicle Inspection decal</li><li>Current vehicle insurance</li><li>Current vehicle registration in state of residence</li><li>Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report</li><li>It requires the incumbent to have a valid Louisiana Driver&rsquo;s license and be insurable under the VOA/GNO, Inc.&rsquo;s vehicle insurance. &nbsp;Must be able to pass a criminal history investigation, and be able to obtain Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, First Aid certifications.</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The employee&#39;s work is performed at various locations where consumer services are provided. &nbsp;Employees must be able to handle the demands of extensive driving throughout the five-parish service area.</p><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
