Who We Are Looking For Strong analytical skills to analyze the customer requirements, develop test cases, customer solution documents and test strategies Analyze the application with the eyes of an end user and validate the implementation of requirements Ability to work on multiple projects and ability to prioritize the criticality of projects Responsible for End to End functional and non-functional testing of the projects Preparing test results and test reports Quick learner with minimum support with the fast-pacing customer projects Work in alignment with project lead and development teams to continuously improve the quality of solution What You Bring B.E./ B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication) MCA/M.Tech (Computer Science) What We Offer Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow testing experience Detailed knowledge of Service-Now powered applications such as ITSM, CSM, FSM and also  well  versed with Automated Test Framework (ServiceNow ATF) Conducting different types of testing across various ServiceNow Upgrades. Additional exposure to Automation Tools like Selenium / Playwright for Regression Testing Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle including Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Reporting and Tracking Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements, preparation of Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test scenarios, Test Cases, Reviewing the Test Cases and Test Case execution Ability to understand several testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect – including tracking and addressing of any discovered issues.
