We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join us. Join as the very first Business Development Specialist in a fast-growing AdTech startup — and play a key role in shaping and streamlining core processes from day one. You’ll have strong ownership, with the opportunity to build your own team, shape the business development function, and grow into a core member of the top management team. What you will be doing: own and grow a recognizable, high-impact programmatic advertising brand from the ground up;  monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics, continuously adjusting sales approaches for better results;  actively identify, reach out to, and engage new prospects via LinkedIn, industry communities, and relevant online channels;  act as a company ambassador at major industry conferences, expos, and networking events to drive visibility and generate quality leads;  maintain full transparency and control of the sales funnel using CRM systems and reporting tools;  analyze competitors and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and sharpen the company’s market positioning. Your background: english proficiency at B2+ level or higher; 2+ years of experience in Programmatic Sales, ideally within an ad exchange or ad network; proven track record of working with leading SSPs and DSPs such as PubMatic, RTB House, OpenX, FreeWheel, Vungle, and others; strong background in collaborating with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple organizational levels; readiness to represent the company at global Programmatic and AdTech events to strengthen market presence and foster strategic partnerships.
