In support of Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault , we are seeking a Logistics Analyst with experience in supporting the New Equipment Training (NET) efforts for the Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) and Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV). &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Under direct supervision, assists in providing integrated logistics support activities designed to provide effective and efficient life cycle support of systems and equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Reviews customer requirements and other data to plan and develop program activities from conceptual stage through the full life cycle of the system.</li><li>Provide technical expertise in the areas of Marine Corps logistics, material and supply management.</li><li>Ability to facilitate accountability in retail- and enterprise-level inventory activities and units.</li><li>Ability to prepare, maintain and control essential supporting documentation to document major events in a capital asset&rsquo;s lifecycle from acquisition, transference, sub custody and final disposition and/or disposal in support of existence and completeness.</li><li>Propose and manage new mechanisms to improve project workflow efficiencies and proactively identify points of weakness and inefficiency, working with project leads to identify solutions.</li><li>Ability to understand and fulfill the client&rsquo;s current needs through anticipating and proactively addressing future needs and executing on those efforts.</li><li>Proactive, professional, and detail oriented.</li></ul><p>The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Process asset entry into GCSS-MC and DPAS</li><li>Maintain Key Supporting Documents (KSDs)</li><li>Conduct causative research</li><li>Manage MILSTRIP documentation</li><li>Reconcile Due-In and Status Files (DASFs)</li><li>Maintain sub-custody records</li><li>Support capital asset lifecycle documentation</li><li>Assist in internal control implementation</li><li>Support audit readiness</li><li>Conduct trend analysis and reporting</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Bachelors Degree Preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Must have at a minimum, four years&rsquo; experience training service members in a military period of instruction/program.</li><li><br></li></ul><p><strong>Specific/Preferred Requirements:</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Working knowledge and experience in the following:</p><ul><li>Global Combat Support System &ndash; Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)&nbsp;</li><li>Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)</li><li>Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE/WAWF/EDA)&nbsp;</li><li>FEDMALL, WebFLIS, PDREP, Logistics Data Gateway (LDG), and ETMS2</li><li>Experience preparing and maintaining auditable documentation</li><li>Ability to conduct causative research and resolve account discrepancies</li><li>Familiarity with Marine Corps internal control programs and audit compliance requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Experience facilitating Government property transfers (GFP)</li></ul><p>Employee should have:</p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume transactional workload</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry</li><li>Ability to work independently under limited supervision</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\">This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks.
