You`ll work closely with the project office and field staff to ensure proper assembly and storage of critical documents, conformed record drawings and contract change instruments. Collaborate with field staff to share consistent, intimate knowledge of project progress, installed quantities, underruns and overruns, current and changing procedures, and overall project information flow. If this sounds like the role for you, <strong>apply today</strong><strong>,</strong><strong> and let’s make an impact together</strong>!</p>\n<h2><p><em>What You'll Do:</em></p></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assemble the monthly progress payments and all supporting information per project procedure.</li>\n <li>Guide the project staff in preparation of all documentation for final estimate submission throughout the construction project duration.</li>\n <li>Exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office and document control aspects of the project.  </li>\n <li>Develop and maintain good communication with members of the contract team such as the client, contractor, and other stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2><p><em>What You'll Need:</em></p></h2>\n<ul>\n <li>HS Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>0-1 year of construction inspection experience.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.</li>\n <li>Obtain any required certifications and pass appropriate qualifications tests for the position in specified time frames. </li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.</li>\n <li>This field job primarily operates in outside work environments that may include exposure to inclement weather, heat, humidity, noise, hazard, atmospheric conditions, and bodies of water, depending on project requirements. While performing the duties of this job, physical demands of the employee may include frequent talking, hearing, standing, moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, balancing, coordination, and occasional sitting or operating a company vehicle.
