Come be part of a team that rides hard, works smart, and lives the adventure every day.</p><p><strong><u>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Provide consistently exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.&nbsp;</li><li>Assemble and adjust bicycles with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the highest integrity and safety of all equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete all required paperwork and logs with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Report any discrepancies or equipment issues immediately and follow proper procedures for timely resolution.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain clear and respectful communication with supervisors and team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct a thorough inspection of all bikes prior to assembly to identify any damage or missing components.</li><li>Communicate promptly if a bike build presents any unusual challenges that may require assistance.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures for lifting, tool usage, and equipment handling.</li><li>Keep your work area clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.</li></ul><p><strong><u>REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.</li><li>Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of all bike-building standards for various models.</li><li>Basic computer skills.</li><li>Contributing to sales results by effectively communicating products and services to the customer.</li><li>Preferred: Bike industry, retail, and/or Customer Service experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Note</strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\">This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) in this position.
