    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Senior AML Specialist</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Hybrid in Livingston, NJ</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Summary:</u></strong></p><p>CSC’ s US Fund Administration group is seeking a Senior Specialist for the AML/KYC team with 2 to 5 years of experience to support the AML/KYC verification process for private equity investors, and due diligence validation efforts for new clients.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Some of the things you will be doing:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>The Senior Specialist candidate will assist in the AML/KYC verification process for all engaged client relationships ensuring superior and accurate service with their designated team members</li><li>Deliverables include administration services provided to private equity funds and related clients, which includes but is not limited to:&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure operational excellence in the AML/KYC on-boarding, client data maintenance, document review, and remediation/KYC refresh processes and adopt best practices for process improvements</li><li>Review investor documents, identify deficiencies or compliance with CSC AML/KYC procedures and prepare status trackers for delivery to clients</li><li>Assist in identifying items for escalation and participate in decisions regarding client onboarding, AML risk assessment, and potential de-marketing of high-risk clients</li><li>Escalate all High-Risk investors/clients, as appropriate, to the Manager, Compliance and/or legal teams for review and decisioning on further escalation to MLRO and Deputy MLRO for review and approval</li><li>Research and analyze background of new and existing clients</li><li>Partake in communications with clients, as appropriate, on AML/KYC remediation items and workflow processes</li><li>Performing source of fund verification utilizing different types of bank transaction reports, where needed</li><li>Create and/or update procedures, where applicable</li><li>Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of regulatory and industry changes</li><li>Support implementation, upgrades and use of all CSC AML/KYC portals or technologies to manage daily workflow</li><li><p>Internal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.)&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>BS/BA Degree in business, legal or related industry or equivalent work experience</li><li>ACAMs or CAFP designation preferred but not required</li><li>Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data, decipher higher risk attributes (transactional, geographical, product, customer type)</li><li>AML-specific knowledge and experience is an asset</li><li>Knowledge around new Fraud/AML scenarios, FinCEN guidance Industry guidance, regulatory requirements, and industry “best practices” for anti-money laundering and KYC programs is an asset</li><li>Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines</li><li>Experience maintaining client relationships</li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Investor Services experience a plus</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At&nbsp;CSC,&nbsp;compensation&nbsp;depends&nbsp;on&nbsp;several&nbsp;factors,&nbsp;including&nbsp;job&nbsp;location&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;and&nbsp;experience&nbsp;of&nbsp;each&nbsp;individual.&nbsp;A&nbsp;reasonable&nbsp;estimate&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;current&nbsp;range&nbsp;is&nbsp;$80,000 to $100,000.</p><p>#LI-SP1</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
