    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "What to Expect in the Role&nbsp;&nbsp; \n<ul>\n <li>Customer focused, responding to customer queries, and helping them with purchases.</li>\n <li>Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on daily operations to the team and Retail Store Manager.</li>\n <li>Ensuring that the store looks attractive by deciding the arrangement of merchandise in the store.</li>\n <li>Supervise the functioning of the staff.</li>\n <li>Handling the pulling, packing and shipments and back-ordered products.</li>\n <li>Opening and closing of the doors, cash register and check-out counter.</li>\n <li>Training new staff and managing the work schedules of the staff.</li>\n <li>Being aware of daily sales targets and ensuring that the targets are met.</li>\n <li>Supervising the stocking of goods.</li>\n <li>Ensuring that the merchandise is replenished regularly, and the store is never out of stock.</li>\n <li>Checking the financial transactions of the store.</li>\n <li>Handling customer complaints and ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the store.</li>\n <li>Collecting feedback from customers and suggesting changes accordingly.</li>\n <li>Ensuring that the store policies are upheld.</li>\n</ul>What We Will Be Needing From You: &nbsp; \n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and management capabilities.</li>\n <li>A good sense of details and visual appeal in order to arrange the merchandise alluringly.</li>\n <li>Excellent observation and analytical abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to make the staff work as a team by portraying good leadership qualities.</li>\n <li>Excellent presence of mind and ability to make quick decisions.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle stress.</li>\n <li>Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.</li>\n <li>High school diploma.</li>\n <li>At least 3+ years of retail experience.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>",
