This role is ideal for someone with a solid design foundation who is ready to take more ownership and contribute to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">campaign execution, brand evolution, and performance-driven design</span>.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design high-quality marketing assets, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Social media creatives and paid ad visuals</li>\n<li>Website graphics and landing page elements</li>\n<li>Email marketing banners and templates</li>\n<li>Sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies</li>\n<li>Videos</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Translate marketing briefs into effective, visually engaging designs</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and growth teams on campaigns</li>\n<li>Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints</li>\n<li>Iterate on designs based on feedback and basic performance insights (CTR, engagement, etc.)</li>\n<li>Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks independently</li>\n<li>Contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and campaign impact</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2–4 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in digital marketing or SaaS)</li>\n<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating:\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing-focused work (ads, social media, web graphics)</li>\n<li>Clean, modern design style</li>\n<li>Consistency across different formats</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Proficiency in:\n<ul>\n<li>Canva or similar design tools</li>\n<li>Adobe Creative Suite </li>\n<li>Power Point</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Good understanding of:\n<ul>\n<li>Layout, typography, and visual hierarchy</li>\n<li>Designing for digital platforms and responsiveness</li>\n<li>Basic marketing concepts (ads, funnels, campaign goals)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>\n</ul>",
