    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span><br>We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our Event Guest Services Team. This position is primarily a Server position and ideal for people who enjoy working with the public in a fast-paced environment. Team members will help create a positive and welcoming experience for guests.  This role is part-time and event based. Friday and Saturday evening availability is top priority.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome and serve guests at events</li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner</li>\n<li>Follow event procedures and staff instructions</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized environment</li>\n<li>Represent our organization in a positive and professional manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n<li>Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings <br>(priority scheduling consideration)</li>\n<li>Ability to receive and respond to work schedules with notice through our electronic scheduling system</li>\n<li>Staff will receive advance notice of available work opportunities</li>\n<li>Successfully complete required staff training program prior to working events</li>\n<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Adhere to our appearance and dress code standards as set out in our company handbook</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience</li>\n<li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm and professional in busy environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.</p>",
