This role works closely with division leadership, superintendents, foremen, vendors, subcontractors, fabrication teams, safety, and human resources to ensure projects are planned, executed, and completed successfully.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead assigned electrical construction projects from planning through completion</li>\n<li>Provide oversight and direction to jobsite supervision</li>\n<li>Manage project financial performance, cost reports, productivity, and profitability</li>\n<li>Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and production goals</li>\n<li>Review plans, specifications, drawings, and construction schedules</li>\n<li>Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and project resources</li>\n<li>Work closely with superintendents and foremen to plan and execute the work </li>\n<li>Identify prefabrication and preconstruction opportunities to improve efficiency </li>\n<li>Negotiate purchase orders, subcontract scopes, pricing, terms, and conditions</li>\n<li>Monitor project quality and ensure installations meet company and customer standards</li>\n<li>Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to project team members</li>\n<li>Communicate project updates, needs, risks, and solutions to division leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is a strong electrical construction leader who can manage details without losing sight of the big picture. You should be comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, building strong teams, and driving results.</p>\n<p>Preferred skills include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing electrical construction projects</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code and electrical theory</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules</li>\n<li>Experience with commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center electrical projects</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills</li>\n<li>Ability to mentor others and help employees grow</li>\n<li>Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, Accubid, Spectrum, or similar systems</li>\n<li>Ability to manage project details while maintaining a big-picture perspective</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p>Minimum 5 years of electrical experience with minimum 2 years of construction leadership experience<br>Valid driver’s license required and must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass reference checks, background check, and drug screen</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<p>This position may require work in active construction environments and exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.
