Your primary objective will be to paint OEM aluminum wheels to their original finish through the liquid, powder, and clear coat process. style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>Hiring immediately – We will Train!</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>Hours:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">7am - 330pm (First Shift)</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">3pm - 11:30pm (Second Shift)</span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">11pm - 730am (3rd Shift)</span><br>&nbsp;</p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing: &nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Inspect wheels for cosmetic defects.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Paint wheels to OEM original finish (color) using powder or liquid-based paint.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Load and unload ovens.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Mix and refill paint using specified formulas.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Perform remanufacturing tasks to ensure wheels meet quality standards.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Maintain a clean work area, ensuring it remains dust-free to eliminate wheel contamination.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Experience painting in an industrial environment or autobody shop is&nbsp;preferred,&nbsp;however&nbsp;not&nbsp;required.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Comfortable with handling heat and wearing protective clothing during loading and offloading ovens.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Strong commitment to quality with a genuine care for the product and work.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and a commitment to working in a safe environment.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Ability to concentrate for extended periods while standing.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Physical capability to access all areas of the facility, withstand activities like walking, and standing.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Multi-tasking ability while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;accuracy.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Other duties as Requirements&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to observe and inspect part quality.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Lift and move totes weighing up to 50 pounds.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching, both below the waist and above the head.</span></li><li><span data-teams=\"true\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions,
