    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Location: Mumbai<br>\n  Function: Network Planning (OSP + GIS)<br>\n  Role Type: Governance / Design Authority<br><br>\n  &nbsp;</p>Key Responsibilities\n<p>- Define and govern OSP network design contours and GL standards across circles.</p>\n<p>- Drive GIS-based planning frameworks for fiber route design and network expansion.</p>\n<p>- Lead Unified GIS / SmartWorld platform governance.</p>\n<p>- Enable map-based feasibility analysis using land base and infrastructure overlays.</p>\n<p>- Establish Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for network and geospatial data.</p>\n<p>- Ensure circle-level compliance through audits and reviews.</p>\n<p>- Collaborate with IT/vendors for GIS platform upkeep and integration.</p>\n<p>- Drive optimization for cost, deployment time, and network resilience.</p>Core Skills Required\n<p>- OSP Planning &amp; Network Design (fiber, ducts, topology)</p>\n<p>- GIS Platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS, Smallworld)</p>\n<p>- Spatial Data Modeling &amp; Geo-analytics</p>\n<p>- Unified GIS / Digital Twin environments</p>\n<p>- Feasibility analysis using GIS inputs</p>\n<p>- Governance &amp; standardization frameworks</p>\n<p>- Stakeholder management across circles and HQ</p>\n<p>- Basic understanding of GIS application lifecycle</p>Preferred Candidate Profile\n<p>10–15+ years in Telecom Network Planning / OSP / GIS domains.<br>\n  Experience in HQ or central planning roles.<br>\n  Strong exposure to GIS platforms.<br>\n  Understanding of fiber rollout lifecycle.<br>\n  Exposure to digital transformation initiatives preferred.</p>",
