This is a on-site position with occasional travel up to 25% of the time. You will report directly to our CMMS Service Lead.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities—</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project/ Migration</li>\n <li>Perform field walkdowns to verify the accuracy of the equipment data.</li>\n <li>Carry out all technical data reviews and data entries in the system.</li>\n <li>Translate and cleanse raw data in preparation for Data Migration.</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation of client project status reports and immediately communicate project deviations or delays to the Project Manager.</li>\n <li>Meet regularly with all stakeholders to discuss progress, communicate changes, and support the entire change effort.</li>\n <li>Assist with other continuous improvement and optimization projects, as required.</li>\n <li>BI/ Optimization</li>\n <li>Extract and analyze data using business intelligence tools to aid business decisions.</li>\n <li>CMMS Support</li>\n <li>Provide support to end-users in navigating and utilizing the CMMS.</li>\n <li>Input and maintain asset and equipment data in the CMMS.</li>\n <li>Track client requests and assist with metric and key performance indicators (KPI) reporting.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: Associate degree in a STEM field, or trade certification in instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.</li>\n <li>1 -3 years’ experience in CMMS-related work (front end). Life Science experience preferred but not required.</li>\n <li>Experience with either SAP or Hexagon. </li>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office platforms, particularly MS Excel. BI Tool knowledge a distinct advantage.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data management processes (paper-based / digital change control processes).</li>\n <li>Ability to perform field verification / data collection for assets to be added to / changed on the CMMS.</li>\n <li>Ability to complete projects on time that meet our quality standards.</li>\n <li>Ability to quickly understand new software platforms.</li>\n <li>Ability to build data for CMMS systems to the highest level of quality (averaging zero errors consistently).</li>\n <li>Able to travel up to 25% of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>If this sounds like you, apply today! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination</strong></p>\n<p>Transcat is an equal-opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination based on any protected status.
