    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>Performs preventative maintenance and repairs in/ around facility.</p><h1 id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Essential Functions</span></h1><ul><li>Ability to identify building maintenance needs and immediate corrective actions needed.</li><li>Replace/ repair building finish with tasks to include but not limited to painting, concrete work, door hardware, and piping.&nbsp;</li><li>Support/ direct onsite service contractors and vendors. &nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of preventative maintenance measures to maintain the facility a safe and functioning environment.</li><li>Perform routine/ non-routine preventative maintenance in and around all company facilities/ equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of safe work practices and must adhere to all safety standards/ guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Must be available on weekends.&nbsp;</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h1><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)</span></h1><ul><li>Excellent communication skills both oral and written.</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li></ul><h1><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Preferred Skills</span></h1><ul><li>Proficient with tools/ equipment used in building/ custodial maintenance, reconstruction, and repair work.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience as a facilities maintenance technician in a manufacturing or construction setting</li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><em><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Avenir Next LT Pro\",sans-serif;color:#242424;background:white;'>California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington, and New York Residents Only:&nbsp;</span></em></strong><em><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Avenir Next LT Pro\",sans-serif;color:#242424;background:white;'>The hourly range for this role is $19.46 to $29.19</span></em><em><span style='font-size:15px;font-family:\"Avenir Next LT Pro\",sans-serif;color:#242424;background:white;'> per hour.
