Provides administrative/clinical supervision to the program staff to ensure all services are delivered according to local, state and federal laws and in compliance with contractual requirements. Works with Director Service Line Leadership to develop strategic goals for outpatient programs and to ensure quality of care for all site Behavioral Health and ensure quality of care for all behavioral health participants.</span></p><p><span>1. Provides clinical and administrative leadership through supervision, consultation, training, and support to ensure program quality, regulatory compliance, and contractual adherence.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>2.&nbsp; Oversees supervisor and team performance through ongoing evaluation, use of data, and quality metrics; adjusts caseloads and work assignments to optimize quality of care, access, and staff productivity.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>3.&nbsp; Collaborates with the Director to ensure achievement of programmatic, financial, personnel, and professional development goals.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>4.
