font-size: 12pt\">Support and administer modern SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, identity management systems, and workplace collaboration tools</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Troubleshoot user access, authentication, integrations, APIs, connectors, and general SaaS-related technical issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support AI-powered workplace tools, enterprise AI integrations, and modern productivity workflows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage IT hardware operations including device setup, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, shipment handling, and workstation support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support core IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, networking, backups, datacenter operations, and office IT maintenance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of identity and access management concepts including SSO, MFA, enterprise authentication, and user lifecycle management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience supporting AI tools, workplace productivity platforms, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with Windows, macOS, Linux, endpoint support, and enterprise IT environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
