Together, we build and play in Montana. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU'LL DO:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projects</li>\n<li>Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials, and subcontractors</li>\n<li>Work closely with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure high-quality installations</li>\n<li>Lead project kickoff meetings, coordinate manpower, and monitor jobsite progress</li>\n<li>Maintain safety standards, documentation, and compliance requirements</li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with clients and represent our company professionally on every project<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU BRING: </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management.</span></li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements, submittals, and project sequencing</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents</li>\n<li>Solid communication and leadership skills - comfortable working with field teams and GCs</li>\n<li>Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS &amp; PERKS</span><br></p>\n<p><span>At Williams, we take care of our team with competitive benefits, growth opportunities, and a culture that values work-life balance.
