This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the facility in Arlington, TX on a full-time basis.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Arlington Health Center – Physician Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Operations</strong></p><p>The Physician shall:</p><ul><li>Meet &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;daily with the Nurse Supervisor.</li><li>Maintain &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and comply with Collaboration Agreements with HLMP(s).</li><li>Serve &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;as the designated Laboratory Director, as required by applicable &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Medical Examinations</strong></p><p>The Physician shall:</p><ul><li>Perform &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of occupational and non-occupational &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;injuries and illnesses.</li><li>Provide &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;higher-level medical determinations for medical surveillance and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;qualification examinations when required, including review and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;interpretation of audiograms and pulmonary function tests (PFTs).</li><li>Deliver &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;high-quality medical care and ensure accurate, timely, and complete &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;documentation within the medical record.</li><li>Conduct &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;job-site evaluations on occupational cases</li></ul><p><strong>3. Disability and Workers’ Compensation Management</strong></p><p>The Physician shall:</p><ul><li>Conduct &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;peer-to-peer medical reviews.</li><li>Complete &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Return-to-Work (RTW) evaluations.</li><li>Review &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and assess work restrictions.</li></ul>",
