font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Troubleshoot, repair, and make modifications to plumbed systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Disassemble and reassemble plumbing equipment to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform service to the equipment and/or mechanical system</span>.</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Responds to, diagnoses, and resolves plumbing emergencies</span>.</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statutes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222;
