Apply today!</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Resume required with online application. </span></b></p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for auditing and reporting of daily operational closing/night run</p></li><li><p>Responsible for front desk and managing guest requests in an efficient manner</p></li><li><p>Responsible for managing reservations while on duty by facilitating walk-ins, check-in and check-out procedures, assisting Owners and guests with early departures and late arrivals</p></li><li><p>Maintain cleanliness and safety of lobby and public spaces</p></li><li><p>Restock and manage inventory as needed.</p></li><li><p>Record, maintain, and analyze data reports as required.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to the Steamboat Culture Guide</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li><p>2 years of previous work history/education required</p></li><li><p>One-year related experience or education required</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of basic accounting applications required</p></li><li><p>Computer and guest service skills required</p></li><li><p>Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with SSRC’s Service Excellence standards</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED equivalent</p></li></ul><p></p><p>The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski &amp; Resort Corporation’s hourly pay range for this position. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski &amp; Resort Corporation’s total compensation package for employees.
