If you're passionate about HVAC systems, <br>troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description:</span><br>As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, <br>troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for our <br>commercial clients. You will be expected to deliver excellent service, ensuring all HVAC systems <br>are operating efficiently and reliably.  This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br>•  Install, maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems, including heating and cooling units, air<br>    handlers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems.<br>•  Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide cost-effective solutions.<br>•  Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure peak performance.<br>•  Ensure all installations and repairs comply with local codes and safety regulations.<br>•  Provide outstanding customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients clearly and <br>    professionally.<br>•  Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance work, and repairs.<br>•  Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.<br>•  Participate in on-call rotation as needed.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><br>•  Proven experience as a 5+ years Commercial HVAC Technician with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems,<br>    diagnostics, and troubleshooting.<br>•  Valid HVAC certification (NATE, EPA, etc.).<br>•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>•  Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.<br>•  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.<br>•  Ability to lift and carry 85lbs of equipment and tools.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span><br>•  Competitive salary based on experience.<br>•  Health, dental, and vision insurance.</p>\n<p>•  Vacation, sick, and holiday pay.<br>•  Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.<br>•  Company-provided vehicle and specialty tools.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">•  Pension and Annuity</span></p>",
