This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading practice that provides high-quality anesthesia services across multiple <strong>Baptist Medical Center</strong> locations and <strong>The Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute</strong>.</p>\n<p>USAP is a physician-led, single-specialty practice dedicated to providing the highest quality anesthesia care. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a collaborative environment, exposure to diverse cases, and the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule.</p>\n<h2><p>Job Highlights</p></h2>\n<h3><strong>Position Highlights</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Flexible scheduling:</strong> Choose from a variety of shifts across multiple sites</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Compensation: $150/hr</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Work alongside a highly experienced team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Adult-only cases</strong> – no pediatrics</p></li>\n <li><p>Opportunity to participate in <strong>obstetric and cardiothoracic cases</strong> (if desired)</p></li>\n <li><p>Cases include general, orthopedic, gynecologic, neurosurgical, and vascular procedures</p></li>\n <li><p>Typical supervision ratios: <strong>1:3 or 1:4</strong></p></li>\n <li><p>Regional proficiency not required (spinals and arterial lines performed)</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Call is optional</strong> and taken from home when applicable</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3> </h3>\n<h3><strong>Facility Highlights</strong></h3>\n<p>USAP North Florida provides anesthesia services at:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville:</strong> Comprehensive surgical services, including open heart, neuro, and complex oncologic cases through partnership with <strong>MD Anderson Cancer Center</strong></p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Baptist Medical Center South:</strong> Rapidly expanding with high-volume, full-service ORs</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Baptist Medical Center Beaches:</strong> Newly renovated 6-suite OR complex serving the coastal community</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute:</strong> Outpatient orthopedic surgery center and official partner of the <strong>Jacksonville Jaguars</strong></p></li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Why Jacksonville, FL</strong></h3>\n<p>Jacksonville offers a perfect blend of <strong>coastal living and urban amenities</strong>.
