This role includes developing and adjusting treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The clinician promotes culturally responsive, strengths-based care while supporting clients through crisis intervention, community referrals, and ongoing therapeutic support.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provide on-going therapy to individuals, families and/or couples, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and conducting on-going assessments of progress.</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Utilize strength-based, trauma-informed, resilience-building communication strategies in interactions with clients and families.
