    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>We’re seeking a skilled and safety-conscious <strong>High Rise Window Cleaner</strong> who is trained in Rope Descent Systems (RDS) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning windows on high-rise commercial buildings. You'll work independently and as part of a team, ensuring windows are cleaned to the highest standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety.</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Detroit, MI (and nearby cities)</p>\n<p><strong>(Pay is discussed in an interview and based on experience and certifications.)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean high-rise and low-rise glass.</li>\n <li>Use a water-fed pole system and pressure washer.</li>\n <li>Work with lifts, ropes, ladders, and extension poles.</li>\n <li>Ensure all safety protocols and building codes are followed during the cleaning process.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate projects.</li>\n <li>Maintain equipment, tools, and job site cleanliness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications for the Job:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Rope Descent System certification is a plus, but is not required.</li>\n <li>Aerial Lift certification is a plus, but is not required.</li>\n <li>Experience working at heights (3 stories and up).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay based on experience.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) with company match.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for training, certification, and career advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
