This is not a traditional corporate editing role. We're looking for someone who understands internet culture, social media trends, audience behavior, and what makes people stop scrolling.\n\nThe ideal candidate lives in the world of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms. They understand the difference between content that simply looks good and content that performs. They know how to create compelling hooks, build retention, and transform raw footage into engaging content that captures attention and drives engagement.\n\nYou should be someone who naturally studies viral content, understands platform trends, and gets excited about experimenting with new formats, editing styles, and creative ideas.
