      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>\n<p>Oversee data pipelines and system-to-system data flows in partnership with engineering, ensuring reliable and scalable infrastructure</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Drive cross-functional planning and execution for major initiatives (e.g. pricing changes, new market launches, new product offerings)</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Partner closely with Marketing and Lifecycle teams to ensure systems and data support campaign execution, attribution, and client engagement (without directly owning those platforms)</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Own Mindbody (MBO) as a core business platform, including configuration, pricing structures, packages, and scalability for new initiatives</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Support system design for new business lines, including retail, add-ons, new modalities, and international expansion</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensure clean, consistent data flows across systems including MBO, CRM, marketing platforms, NPS tools, and analytics environments</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Define and document system requirements and data architecture for new tools, vendors, and workflows</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Act as the connective layer across Digital, Finance, Strategy &amp; Insights, and Operations for systems and data planning</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Improve speed and scalability of execution by ensuring systems are designed intentionally and work cohesively across teams</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Reduce fragmentation across tools and workflows by driving alignment and standardization in how systems are used</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Manage prioritization and execution of system and data-related initiatives across engineering and vendors</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Establish scalable processes for system governance, data integrity, and ongoing optimization</p>\n</li>\n\n</div>"
