    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Machine Operator</p><p><strong>FLSA Status:&nbsp;</strong>Non Exempt</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>Any candidate interested in being a machine operator should be highly motivated and have an ability to multitask. A machine operator should be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality, using standard procedures designed to maximize product. Our goal is providing our customers with the highest quality components. This job requires attention to detail.<strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work in a team environment&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to perform simple machine set-ups&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to read and understand most blue prints&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of most QC requirements and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to monitor scrap rates&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to inspect parts in accordance with procedure policy&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of different cutting tools and their usage&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of ISO concepts&nbsp;</li><li>Understand production requirements &nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of Lean principals &nbsp;</li><li>Must be available to work overtime if required</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred&nbsp;</li><li>One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education &amp; experience required&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with steel, aluminum and/or stainless steel preferred &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read blue prints a plus but we will train &nbsp;</li><li>Basic math skills &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Work Environment</span></u></strong></p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:\"Aptos\",sans-serif;text-align:justify;'><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>This position operates in both office and manufacturing floor environments.
